1. Who We Are

CollabQuick is operated by Atheric LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform at collabquick.co.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information (Creators): Email address, display name, profile URL slug, and bio. This information is provided by you during signup and profile creation.

Order Information (Brands): Email address, name, company name (if provided), and order details. This information is provided at checkout.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial information on our servers. Stripe collects and processes this information under their own privacy policy. For Creators, Stripe collects identity verification and bank account information during Connect onboarding — this data is stored by Stripe, not by CollabQuick.

Usage Data: We may collect basic analytics data including pages visited, features used, and general usage patterns to improve the Platform.

Communications: If you contact us for support or file a dispute, we retain those communications to resolve issues and improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Operate the Platform — process orders, manage escrow, facilitate payouts
  • Send transactional emails — order confirmations, delivery notifications, payment releases, dispute updates
  • Display Creator profiles on their public checkout pages
  • Generate Content Creation Agreements between Creators and Brands (which include names and contact information of both parties)
  • Resolve disputes and provide customer support
  • Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Improve the Platform based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

4. Information Shared with Others

Between Creators and Brands: When a Brand places an order, their name, email, and company name are shared with the Creator as part of the order and the Content Creation Agreement. The Creator's display name and profile information are visible on their public checkout page.

Service Providers: We share information with the following third-party services that help us operate the Platform:

  • Stripe — payment processing, escrow, and payouts. Stripe processes data under their own Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication. Data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery. Email addresses are shared with Resend solely for the purpose of sending Platform-related notifications.
  • Vercel — web hosting and deployment.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Order records and Content Creation Agreements are retained for a minimum of 3 years after the order is completed or cancelled, as they may be needed for tax, legal, or dispute resolution purposes.

If you request account deletion, we will delete your profile information and deactivate your account. However, order records associated with completed transactions will be retained as described above, with personal information minimized where possible.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls on our database. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Sensitive financial data (credit cards, bank accounts) is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Your authentication session is managed through secure, httpOnly cookies provided by Supabase Auth.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and personal information (subject to retention requirements)
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Children's Privacy

CollabQuick is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
